Tenant is constantly late with payment
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi

We have a tenant that either doesnt pay, pays late or doesnt pay the full amount. We have the usual reasons why they cannot pay and promises that it wont happen again but it always does.

Now we just want the tenant to leave. We made the mistake of having them sign a 12 month tenancy agreement back in June 2009, if only we knew then what we know now !

Can we issue a Section 8 and if so what proceedures do we have to follow and how do we contact the courts. We are very new to this.
