i have a tenant who is a little odd and has a dog which is not alowed on his tenancy agreement. I believe the dog to have fleas so I want it gone and indeed the tenant - he has asked me for 'compensation' if he leaces however he has asked for quite a sum of money and I do not wish to give him anything.

Any ideas - i want to issue a Section 21 or Section 8 or both!

If he is forced to let his dog go i know that he will leave. His 6 month tenancy only started on 20th July
