My Tenant is now two months late with his rent as from the 27th of July. He has however paid £150 towards his last months rent. He has made excuses for the reasons he has not paid and has also lied about putting the rent in the bank. He is two months into his new tenancy agreement. We have sent reminder letters and added charges onto his late payment.

What do I do now?
