Beware agents and 3rd parties. The Courts are getting difficult and unless you sign your own Section 21 or Section 8 as Landlord, the Court will throw the case out . Likewise Possession Documents . I signed my brothers, he'd had a stroke and today we went to court and we have to do it all again .
