Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I have a tenant that moved in on the 12th of June 2010, they are currently on a rolling month to month tenancy, when is the soonest I can give them notice after 20th of June (I'm not around before hand)and what date would they need to be out by ?. Also just to confirm that it is a Section 21(a) that I issue them with.
