Question 7 asks the date the notice Section 21 was served. Somewhere in small print I remember deemed to be served would be the next day.
I put the notice throught the door with a witness on the 16th Dec. Do I used that date or the 17th. when its deemed to be served. I find these forms are traps for the unwarey.
