The 2 months are up and the court has sent out the form to respond to within 14 days. My tenant has not responded. I am returning the slip at the bottom to the court. I am asked if I am claiming costs. The judge will decide whether to have a hearing.
Will everything slip through with ease if I do not claim costs or does it not make a difference. On the S21 I did say I would be claiming costs but now the relief of tenant not defending the case is a bonus I was not expecting, I do not want to invite a longer case than need be.
Should I claim or not. My tenant has been a great deal of trouble. OR count my lucky stars and just get her out as fast as possible?
