Landlords Witness Statement
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I am in the process of putting together Landlords Witness statement for a posession hearing on the 3rd April. My question is:

Where do I put the up to date rent arrears total? Is it in paragraph 1 and what dates should be in paragraph 1, the section 21 date or the date of the hearing?
