Hi

We served S.8 last year 2008 on a tenant who then paid all rent up to date and continued to pay on time. Can you tell me how long the S.8 can stay in place before we take court action as they have now not paid rent again. Their S.8 was due to expire on the 1st April 2008. Do I have to serve it again??
