Which form to give notice?
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Good morning

One of my properties is let under a 9 month tenancy agreement which expires on 1st March 2010. I did not issue a Section 21 notice at time tenancy was set up. I need to sell the property so want to get it back asap. Two months notice would mean I need to notify tenants that I will reclaim the property on 1st April. Your guide says to ask you for help for a tenancy that is not exactly 6 months or 12 months long, so here I am!
