I issued a S21 on the day my tenant moved in, August 2009. she is now in s Statutory Periodic Tenancy and is causing major problems and I want her out. Is the original S21 still valid and, if so, what's the procedure for notifying her that she has 2 months to move out. Or, do I have to issue a second S21.
Any help and advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.
