The notice has to expire 14 days after it is served which if the judge read the small print on the notice and read S8 Housing act `1988 he would see that for himself.
Judges are trying hard not to grant possession orders and if they can spout daft nonsense which is not true and get away with it they are doing so. Because of that we are trying to discourage people from the S8 route
