In your top 10 tips for Landlords you suggest serving a S21(1)B on the day that the new Tenants move in but only after the deposit has been lodged with the deposit holding scheme.

This does not seem realistic given that there will a delay in getting the deposit money paid into one of the deposit holding schemes. As the timeing is important is it ok to serve the S21(1)B a week or so after the tenancy starts and when we know that the deposit has been cleared into the Deposit holding scheme?
