We are in the process of initiating (2 months into the tenancy) S8 proceedings based on Ground 14: "..antisocial behaviour committed by the tenant or any other person living with the tenant or visiting the property if that person:

has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause annoyance to persons residing, visiting..."

Does this section require the tenant to be "guilty" of antisocial behaviour ie have actually been convicted by court of law of antisocial behaviour?

We have a tenant from hell. This other 5 tenants are prepared to sign witness statement or attend court.

Also, is the above text the actual text we need to quote at No 3 of the S8?

Also Any advice welcome from members who has experience of using s8
