HI
Are there any members out there who rent to disabled? Particularly, do you have converted property?
The reason I ask is that I have just purchased a property that requires a lot of work and I wondered if there was any future in converting for disabled use. Does anyone know of a letting agent specifically for disability properties. Are there any grants available, what is required etc.?
Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
