s21 - 12 months?!
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Someone mentioned on the Forum today that s21 last for 12 months.
Is it true that a s21 only last 12 months?
I was of the impression that it last forever!

What about a court order for possession? this I thought was 12 months but can you confirm.
