rent arrears, tenancy expired 1st december need to repossess
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

tenant is in arrears of about 6 weeks,our agreement was for weekly rent.I have written several letters with no reply. she moved in 1st of june 2012 for 6 months which expired in december. which section do I give for repossesion 8 or 21 and when please? am always getting it wrong in terms of date it it 1st or 2nd?
