Notice after giving section 21 Notice
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

People rarely leave on the last day of a landlord notice, and they are ALWAYS told by the council to wait until the landlord has a possession order.
My advice is, if you have s21 notices that have expired already submit court forms n5b into court NOW, and hope that you have empty properties by 23rd June.
DO NOT issue any further notice as if you do you will cancel your s21
