Hi all

I am just about to move into a new house and intend to rent out my previous house.

After evaluating the costs incurred by using a management company, I decided to go it alone and joined this site for support and guidance.

I would be most grateful if anyone could provide me with their insight into the steps I should take to making a successful tenancy a reality.
