I am looking to increase rent on a number of properties. All of them were ASTs which have ended and are now running as periodic tenancies. I am planning to issue new tenancy agreements and issue a section 21 notice along with a letter informing them that should they not wish to accept the new AST that we are giving them two months notice to quit. Is this okay?
