hi

i have a flat where there are 4 bedrooms and it is let out to 4 people, who share everything..i am about to do a new tenancy agreement and they want 4 separate agreements..the flat started off as friends living together but now when one person leaves they find another person..and none of the people are the original people..i am not very keen on doing this..can you advise me...as well as that one of the people wants to claim housing benefit which i have not done before, do i need to know anything about this...does the money come straight to me or go to him first, how long does it take to come through, are they any problems from accepting housing benefit...
thank you

joanna
