Hello world,
I am new here..just joined today. I am sure this will be the first of many postings as I am reasonably new to this game of big boys Monopoly. !!
A couple of years back I inherited a property, ( shop &flat )
The tenants have always been fine , so far ..
The biggest hassle is finding someone to do the minor maintenance that crops up. Finding a decent builder who will not rip you off is like trying to find the Holy grail.. I have managed to get a plumber and an electrician who I trust implicitly, but a builder has eluded me .. I wonder if there are any members in the Bexleyheath area that have someone they would recommend.
