I would be really grateful if anyone could offer some words of advice for me. I am a landlord managing two rentals of my own and enjoy this very much whilst also having a regular job. A friend of mine is moving abroad but would like to rent out his property and would like me to manage the rental for him. I feel this would be a good thing to do but am a little concerned, partly because I would be doing business with a friend, and partly because their property is just a couple of roads away from my own private address.

Would I legally be able to provide a service like this and would it mean that I would have to provide the tenant with my personal address details?

Can you please offer me any pearls of wisdom to help me decide upon this?
