A tenant of mine has recently got a dog which is living in the house with him . the tenancy states no pets , I visited and discussed it with him , at which time i saw dog dirt on the floor in the kitchen and the kitchen door was badly scratched presumably by the dog, the tenant is adamant that the dog is staying . is there anything i can do about it ?
