Tenancy agreement for 12 months and 3 days

Hi, this may seem a strange question but my new tenants want a 12 months and 3 tenancy agreement as they are moving few days before the end of the month and paying one month and 3 days in advance.

Are there any drawback to having a 12 months and 3 days AST?
