Is there anyone that rents rooms in a shared house, not as a group, but each room at different times to professionals? They all share the communal areas. I would like to know what sort of Agreement you use. Do you have an Agreement per person, do you use a House Share Agreement or AST Agreement? At the time I was advised to set up a House Share Agreement, and each has their own copy (which is working well, but.....)
