Hello

I have recently renovated a house for students and it is let for the next academic year starting 1st July. However it is ready for occupation now and I have had a couple of enquiries from overseas students looking for accomadtion for a few weeks.

Am I taking a risk by letting them in? What sort of contract should I use? Should I take a deposit? The house is suitable for upto 4 people but they will be presenting as indiviuals.

Any advise welcome
