My tenant has phoned me and said that he has split up with his partner. He has asked if he can get someone else in to help cover the costs. He is very upfront about it and has been a great tenant. I do not know the ins/outs of subletting or the do's/don'ts. He is happy for the new person to have his own contract. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
