I have a prospective tenant who wants to rent my house.

He had been in the UK for a over a year and is moving to the area to study at a nearby university. His wife, young child and housekeeper are joining him (from abroad) mid-july.

The question is:
a) do I complete the tenancy agreement just in his name
or
b) do I complete it in all 3 adults names and get the other two to sign it when they arrive?
