We are fairly new landlords and about to renew/start a new tenancy.
Has anyone used/using the RLA agreement had any problems with them Are they ALL we need to create an agreement. Are they sufficient on their own.They seem superbly simple.That is what is worying me.
Any Praise/support for them also appreciated.
People seem to talk about documents being "Stamped"? What, By whom and what for?
