WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE % INCREASE ON MY TENANTS RENT. THEY ARE DUE IN ONE MONTH TO GO FROM AST TO PERIODIC. I AM SERVING A S13(2) TO INFORM THEM OF MY INTENTIONS, I WISH TO KNOW IF THERE IS A STATUTORY LIMIT I HAVE CURRENTLY RAISED IT BY 3% BUT NEED REALLY TO RAISE IT BY 5%? ANY HELP GLADLY RECEIVED.
