Is there such a thing as a minimum standard of housing? I'm thinking of buying a delapidated property with a view to refurbing and renting it, and wanted to know if there are minimum requirements (eg, double-glazed windows, gas central heating, plumbing for washing machine) etc. Many thanks in advance for your help.
