Letting to a Ltd Co, which will then sublet

There may be certain circumstances where it is advantageous to hold and rent property in a Ltd Company. Do you know if there are any restrictions to letting a property to a Ltd Company (which I may be a director of) and this Company then rents/sublets to residential tenants under an AST? Is the Ltd Co considered by the tenants as the landlord in the AST agreement? Many thanks in advance for your help.
