I have rented out two rooms individually with 6month ASTs. I have another smallish room which I am having difficulty in renting out. I have had requests for short term tenancies. Is it legal to rent out one room on a short term and the others on 6-month ASTs? If yes, where do I find short term tenancy contracts on the site? or elsewhere if not? Thanks for your help.
