Members were recently urged to contact their local MP to lobby against the new proposals to increase CGT. I have done this along with other landlords and have been contacted by MP. I do not want to waste his time if the RLA are taking up the fight. Can you please let me know what is happening? Will the RLA be acting on behalf of landlords or should we be acting as individuals?
