Hi there, can you tell me if taking out the public liability insurance is a must if you are a landlord, i read in your magazine that landlords should have it, we already have building insurance, and we assume the tenants have their own insurance, if one of the tenants had a visitor come over and they fell down the stairs because they were not being careful enough or not looking where they were going for example, could the visitor sue us?
