I had a tenant pull out at the eleventh hour. She paid a holding deposit 2 months prior plus six months rent in advance. I have advised that we expect our admin costs to be refunded because all the paperwork was done plus the holding deposit will be kept.

The holding deposit form was sent to her but not signed by her, Where do we stand?
