Many thanks for your reply ... yes I paid - transferred directly from my account and we are also paying the rent the same way and the Landlord knows this. Co-incidently my daughter (as tenant) hasn't had any info either. I understand from the Landlord that the Lead Tenant has a copy of the certificate so I will try to chase this up anyway.
