Phone & Broadband deals for student HMOs

Hi,

I have 4 student HMOs and I pay for them to have a BT landline and wireless broadband.

I don't like having to pay for them to have a landline when it isn't used for calls and I feel vulnerable that they might use the phone and leave me with the bill.

Bearing this in mind, which companies will offer me a good deal?
