Dear Sir/Madam

We have a shared house with 4 rooms, one of the tennans asked to move from one room to a larger room, this was ok buy us and we canceled the deposit for one room and as the new room was more money asked for a larger bond and re regested this with my deposit,she sighned the AST contract on the 20/6/08 for 6 months last week she came round and gave us a months notice.

Q: Can she do this as the contract is 6 months ?

Q: WE paid out £30.00 to regester the deposit can we claim this back ?
