We have now had the Order for possession from the Judge, she has to move out on Friday 27th!

FOUR QUESTIONS PLEASE?

I delivered a letter through her door yesterday, saying that we wanted to do an inspection visit on Monday at 11.00am. Can I do this?

If she doesn't move out on Friday (which she won't), can I go to the Court and ask for balliffs to enforce? About how long will this take?

Can I do anything before hand to speed the process?

She owes £1475 in rent, court fees so far of £219 + balliffs charges if needed. I have her deposit of £495. She is pregnant, due in August and married to an Albanian (joint tenancy). Would the advise be to leave all this until she gets settled elsewhere (say 1 or 2 years) or to get an order for payment now. She will be on benefit at the moment, but I thought once the baby is settled I might have a better chance.

I have a guarantor form (RLA one) and spoke to the guarantor, but he does not think he is responsible (also Eastern European), am I best chasing him first, or sue the tenants first?

Many Thanks (nearing the end of a long road - hopefully)
