In May 2007 a court order was made giving possession of our property back to us and an order that over £2,300 be paid to us. I left it at that because the tenant just flitted.

Am I right to assume that there is a judgement against him that will blight his credit rating untill he pays or did I have to go further?

Also I know he is working in East London now. Is it worth chasing him for the money or am I wasting my time?
