i have a property converted into self contained units. Each unit has a small litchennette and shower/wc.All this is in one room. I have applied to the Leeds Landlord acreditation scheme as i am going to let the rooms to benefit claimants. they have sent an emnvironmental health officer round. he wants to know room sizes. My question is are there any minimum sizes for this type of letting
