i have had another burst at the same property (same pipe, 3 times) I have had 3 plumbers repair it and this time apparently it is a permanent fix! However, the tenants are amazing people...nothing is too much trouble. I feel damn guilty now as they have had to put up with soaked cpts and new redecorating. I have to re paper and repaint the ceiling again this time. What should I do to compensate them.....reduction of rent, or a bunch of flowers and a case of beer? opinions please.
