Hi There All,

I have a series of flats undergoing furnishing at the moment. The landlady want's to let it out as fully furnished and said she would prefer not to put in a TV unless the tenants asked for it.
I agreed to it and let the flats out. The tenants have paid deposit with the understanding that they will be provided TV when they move in as they have asked for it.
The Landlady is now saying she cannot provide TV and the tenants can go ahead to get it themselves.

I 'd like to know pls. Is it a requirement for the landlady to provide as she has advertised her flats as fully furnished or is providing a TV left to her discretion. Pls reply soonest.
