Which Tenant to take.

Tenancy Deposits

Hi everyone, just asking for your thoughts. My property is with an agent and they are currently referencing a potential tenant which i am taking as being Ok. I myself have referenced a couple with one of them having a CCG against his name for £300 which he has explained is a member of his family ordering goods in his name. I am going to ask them for two months deposit, they do seem O K but im worried over the CCG. Bear in mind if i use the agent they will charge for the tenant find, or do I go for the couple I have found, your thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.
