My tenant has committed an arrestable ofence by braking the window. I want to use section 8. using ground 14b2. Also there is antisocial behavior from tenants friends. The house has be vandalised.
I have discovered too late, as I knew nothing about the law that my dodgy agent I trusted, did not lodge the deposit with a DPS. Will this be picked up or is it up to the judge to use his discression.I am about to quickly put the deposit where it should be. I am presuming the fine is automatic if it was not done in the beginning but is the section 8 more flexible.
