It would appear the house is empty for the greater part of the week. On thursdays a large party of people move in for the weekend and create a disturbance until Sunday night. Shouting and foul language, drunken behaviour. I have asked the police to help but if the trouble is not in the street its the councils Environment dept problem, they deal with noise. The council have been to the house next door at night an witnessed all the goings on and write pages of stuff. Not alot happens. The tenant has had an noise abatement served on her but its all letters and she must laugh at those.
I need real help getting them out. I have issued a section 21 but that wont happpen until February. A Section 8 may take almost as much time I have been told as the courts are so behind 8-10 weeks. Also there is the risk of revenge on the neighbours or my house. Last weekend they broke a window to get in, which my tenant has not reported to me.I dont even think she was there. Help
