The window was broken for a party of the tenants friends to get in at 4.15am in the morning and the noise raged until 6.30am. She has not reported the window. Do I meekly board it up or leave it. The house will suffer in this weather and how do I stand insurance wise. The police are not that bothered. help. The neighbours have it on camera with the noise, can I get an asbo put on her with proof they are busting up my house.
