Hi there,

I have a tenant that has been in place for about 4 years. I have taken a deposit at the start of the tenancy. I have never issued a formal section 48, but have in the past written to them regarding various issues, and have put my address on the letter. Is this ok, or do I need to state 'section 48'.

many thanks
